D.TAGS — Refund & Return Policy

At D.TAGS, we want you to love every product you purchase from us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Our policies are designed to be fair, simple, and aligned with standard retail practices.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To qualify for a return, your item must be:
• Unused and in its original condition
• Unworn and unwashed (for apparel)
• In the original packaging with all tags attached
• Free from stains, odors, or damage
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
• Used tech accessories
• Apparel that has been worn, washed, or damaged
• Clearance or final-sale items
• Gift cards
If an item arrives damaged or defective, it is eligible for replacement.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item at no cost to you.
Please provide:
• Order number
• Photos or video of the issue
• A brief description of the problem
Your return in this case must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
• Size changes (for Tees)
• Defective or damaged items
• Wrong item received
If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
8. Return Shipping Costs
• If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item), we cover the shipping.
• If the return is due to preference (size, color, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
9. Amazon Purchases
If you purchased a D.TAGS product through Amazon, please follow Amazon’s return process. We cannot process returns for Amazon orders through our website.
